3. Code Repositories, Python Scripts & Interactive Bio-Calculators
All downloadable standalone Python scripts (located in our Python Scripts Library), Nextflow pipeline modules, Bash shell recipes, and in-browser bio-calculators are provided under permissive open-source licenses (MIT License or BSD 3-Clause):
Researchers are responsible for verifying computational output against independent controls and adhering to institutional data protection requirements when analyzing human clinical sequencing datasets.
4. Advertising, Sponsorships & External Links
OMICS.CO.IN displays contextual and programmatic advertising delivered by verified third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. By using this portal, you understand that:
- Advertised products, laboratory reagents, sequencing equipment, or cloud services do not imply an endorsement or recommendation by OMICS.CO.IN or its Scientific Advisory Board.
- Advertisements are clearly demarcated with “ADVERTISEMENT” or “Sponsored” labels.
